When did the hobby get out of hand?

I have been making ceramics for years now, what started out as a post lockdown excuse to get out of the house once a week became a fully fledged obsession. Pretty quickly it became my mission/ambition to replace all the mass produced, shop bough ceramics in my home, with lovingly hand crafted art objects that happened to also be functional. I then created a 33 piece dinner service for a special event we hosted for our closest friends, starter plates, dinner plates and desert bowls, some wheel thrown some hand built. By this point the amount of hand crafted ceramics in our house was getting a bit out of hand and so I started gifting my ceramics to anyone who showed an interest. Then I started donating tableware to refugees who arrive here with absolutely nothing and who have experienced unimaginable cruelty, their gratitude to such tiny acts of kindness is amazing. But still the stockpile at home grew and grew, so what happens next?
